Reservation Policies

For all reservations, we require a deposit to secure the booking. Please note that change in party size or cancellations within a week of a reservation will incur a fee of SGD 80 per person. For no-show or cancellation within the same day, the full amount of the omakase ($148 for dinner) will be charged per guest.

We respectfully urge all guests to arrive punctually. As Shinsora is exclusively helmed by Chef Sky Tai, kindly note that each course will be served concurrently and promptly with other diners.

Being an intimate 10-seater private dining concept, we are able to cater for children of all ages at the same fee of $148/child. When making a reservation, we would appreciate it if you would respect our policy.

Customised Dinner Format/Request for Specific Ingredients

A request for specific ingredients or customised dinner format must be made at least two weeks ahead of your intended exclusive booking.

Dietary Restrictions

Should you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us at the point of your reservation. As each course requires significant time to prepare, we are unable to accommodate same-day dietary requests.

As seafood and soy feature prominently in our omakase experience, we are not able to cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Corkage Policy

Each 750ml bottle (sake/wine) will be charged SGD 50 for corkage. Large format bottles will be charged according to their volume. We also offer a one-for-one policy that allows you to enjoy your sake/wine without corkage when you buy a bottle from us.

Should you desire to bring your own spirits, please email sushi@shinsora.sg to enquire on the corkage fee for spirits.

Shinsora’s menus strike a balance between featuring classic and respectfully elevated dishes that reflect Chef Sky Tai's creativity. The supplements on the menu span a selection of wagyu and uni items that deliver comfort along with indulgence — what the chef believe our guests seek in their omakase experiences.
